Pickup and Delivery Questions
Sign up online, choose your pickup and delivery dates and times, pick how often you'd like service, add any service options or special instructions, and submit your order. It takes just a few minutes.
Laundry pickup and delivery is available Monday through Friday. You choose the day and time that works best for you when you schedule. Our office and phone hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
No. Just set your laundry bag outside on your scheduled pickup day. Your driver will text you when they're on the way, when your laundry has been picked up, and when it's being returned.
Gather your dirty laundry into a bag and set it out on your pickup day. We recommend laundry bags or trash bags that can cinch closed. Please check pockets before bagging your clothes.

When you schedule through our online portal, enter any requests in the Preferences and Special Instructions fields. This is where you can note detergent or softener choices, items that need extra care, or anything else we should know.
Standard turnaround is two days. Next-day service is available for an extra $25, and same-day service is available for an extra $50.
Yes. You can suspend your recurring pickups while you're away and resume when you get home.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
We use color catchers in every load to protect your clothes from color bleeding, so there's no need to sort before pickup.
All orders are currently fold only. Everything is neatly folded and wrapped in plastic.
Pricing Questions
Recurring subscription orders are $2.00 per pound, and as-needed orders are $2.25 per pound. Every order has a $45 minimum, which is about 20 pounds of laundry.
We charge by the dry, finished weight of your laundry, so you're never paying for the weight of wet or damp clothes.
The card on your account is charged when your laundry is finished and ready to be delivered. You won't be charged at the time you place your order.
Yes. Standard premium detergent and your choice of liquid fabric softener, hypoallergenic softener, or dryer sheets are included. Upgrades such as Tide, OxiClean, scent boosters, and stain treatment are available for a small added cost.
No flat fees. Bulky items are weighed along with the rest of your order at the regular per-pound rate, and the $45 order minimum applies.
Yes. Recurring subscribers get a lower rate of $2.00 per pound. New customers receive a free branded laundry bag on their first order and 20% off their second wash and fold order. You can also earn a free wash by leaving a positive Google review or sharing us on social media.
Commercial laundry is priced by volume and schedule. Businesses can request a bid for a custom quote.
