How Laundry Pickup and Delivery Works

Click the "Schedule a Pickup Button". Create your account and add your card. You won't be charged until your laundry is finished.
Choose your day and time. Select the pickup and delivery schedule that works best for you, one-time or recurring.
Add your preferences. Pick your service options and enter any notes in the Preferences and Special Instructions fields.
Set your bag out. On pickup day, leave your laundry bag outside. Your driver will text you when they are on the way and again once your laundry has been picked up.
Get it back fresh and folded. You'll receive a text when your driver is returning your clean laundry to your door.

Scheduling a Laundry Pickup Online Is Easy

Getting started takes just a few minutes. Sign up online and choose your pickup and delivery dates and times. Tell us how often you'd like pickup, whether that's weekly, every other week, or just this once. Add any service options or special instructions and submit your order. That's it.
On pickup day, gather your dirty laundry in a bag and set it out for your driver. Then go do whatever you'd rather be doing. On your delivery date, your laundry comes back fresh and folded.

How Laundry Pickup and Delivery Is Priced

Pickup and delivery is priced by the pound. Recurring subscriptions are $2.00 per pound, and as-needed orders are $2.25 per pound. Large, bulky items like comforters and blankets are welcome and are simply weighed along with the rest of your order; the order minimum still applies. Standard turnaround is two days, with next-day (+$25) and same-day (+$50) service available.
